Drew is a licensed managing broker and real estate instructor who practices commercial, land, investment, & residential real estate. Since he became licensed in 2008, Drew has handled hundreds of property transactions. He is 4x certified by National Association of Realtors® as the following: Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource®, e-PRO Internet Professional®, Military Relocation Professional® and AHWD®. As a certified e-Pro Internet Professional®, he gives his clients the technological-edge when it comes to internet marketing, real estate negotiations, and communication. In addition, Drew has served as a managing partner, investor, and adviser of investment property conglomerates.

In 2011, Drew graduated magna cum laude from Allegheny College with a Bachelor of Arts Degrees in Religious Studies and Philosophy. In 2019, Drew earned his real estate instructor license and he graduated from Cornell University with a graduate certificate in Commercial Real Estate in 2020.

Vicki Staudt (Pham)

Business Manager

Vicki Staudt is Drew's partner in life and partner in business. She makes sure clients are always the priority by ensuring the small (but important details) are never neglected.

Her tasks range in managing paperwork, coordinating transactions, taking detailed notes from client meetings, tracking timelines and appointments, creating property videos and overseeing digital & social media.

Most of Vicki's work is often behind the scenes, so Drew can focus on promptly answering phone calls, emails, and representing his clients' money as if it were his own at every stage of a real estate transaction.
